OUR STORY

TQP was established in 1995 as Team Quantum Plastics and we have been manufacturing and distributing specialised plastic packaging from our Campbellfield Melbourne factory for almost 25 years.

The initial business focus was solely on the production of hand-made acetate boxes and cylinders but quickly expanded into the manufacture of thermoformed plastic packaging to a varied customer base throughout Australia.

In the mid 2000’s we changed our name to TQ Plastics and we narrowed our focus to primarily supply food packaging to the healthcare, hospitality, and food service industries.

In 2019 we have a new identity, TQ PACKAGING, and we are progressively shifting the Business from our traditional thermoformed plastics to a broader range of packaging products to meet current and future demand.

Our focus is on supplying customised products to meet the specific needs of our customers and we have a flexible and adaptive approach to ensure this is achieved. We strive to provide excellence in customer service, product quality and performance whilst delivering competitively priced products and services.

TQP’s products are proudly Australian made and we are HACCP and ISO 9001 accredited.

We design and manufacture a broad range of thin-gauge, thermoformed plastic packaging for the healthcare, hospitality, and food service industries, as well as for a range of other smaller markets.

We can create and provide packaging using our TQP tooling, or we can

manufacture to your specific needs with your tooling.
